For someone who helped us on a class trip to the Library, the Museum and Margret Mayhie playground

Dear Sam,

Thank you for teaching me and the rest of Room 2 about

NZ birds and the NZ bird contest. I also thank you for letting

us build the birds with Lego, and giving us time to create

them and show them to the rest of Room 2 while we were

at the library. Once again, thanks for teaching us!

From,

Fox.

Diary entry: Mary's perspective

 Day 678, 12:30

Oh no! I lost my 12-year-old, I have already looked everywhere once and

now I am looking again. I hope and have faith that I will see him again.

Day 679, 9:54

Oh my GOSH!! I finally found Jesus! I am so happy that I finally found him after 2 days!!

Face mask

I made a face mask with Room 2, (I am in Room 2,) and I didn't do anything for the first 25 minutes. I have no idea why I just stood about doing nothing. Then I was able to piece together a face mask in 5 minutes which was pretty easy. Moral of the story: make one because it's good for you during Covid-19. It's also the trend of 2020 so like, just make one.

Amazing International Night

On Tuesday the 17th of November we had International Night. International Night was when Covid-19 was around so since we couldn't go anywhere, the many different country's were brought to us! We got to have 30 minutes of eating. I had 2 pieces of sushi, 1 piece of dominoes pepperoni pizza, 1 cheese bun, 1 sausage and 1 cone of Hokey Pokey Ice Cream.

After eating we did the songs and room 2 got to go first. (I am in room 2.) We did an Indian dance. Later on we did The Lonely Goatherd from The Sound Of Music and then we sang We Are The World. Only the choir got to sing We Are The World and I am in quire. The favourite thing for me was the food because of the sushi and I am, like, addicted to sushi, also because I just love food in general.

Class trip

On Thursday we went to the botanic gardens, the museum, the library and Margaret mayhie playground. First we went on the bus to get to the botanic gardens where we had morning tea. After that we went in the museum and we learnt about games. After that we went to the library and we built lego animals. Me and my friends built a brown kiwi. Then we got to check out one of the floors in the library. We finally went to Margaret mahie playground for only about 20 minutes. When we were gone we waited and when the bus came we got on and went back to school when school ended.

Digi awards theme site

For the past week we have been doing the Digi awards and I did some spelling mistakes. This is about the Digi awards and our theme is although it is small it is precious. our thing is about atoms, pixels and the Earth. The site for the main page is below! Also, Me, Alex, Zeb and Matias were with me for this! I enjoyed this because I got to work on something really cool with 3 of my closest friends! it is also my first time making a site!

We took the theme 'although it is small, it is precious'. Our idea for this theme was to talk about Earths small things. They are Atoms, pixels and the Earth. Atoms make everything in the universe. Pixels are used for every screen. The Earth keeps us alive. Each has an important role in your life!

Duffy Day Book Character

Today we had to dress as a book character but we did not have to and I was going to be me in one of my older posts but my mum and dad would not let me. I would also rather be a bunch of Minecraft blocks than Where's Wally. Most people had to pay but since I was in my school clothes I did not have to bring in a gold coin donation! at the top I am wood, then sandstone, after that is water, then stone and then sandstone. Finally is some more stone. Here is me!
